*B.  WORK PROGRAM REVISIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NRS 353.220(5)(b) – REQUIRES EXPEDITIOUS ACTION WITHIN 15 DAYS. 

 

1.   Department of Public Safety – Traffic Safety – FY 03 – Addition of $436,245.00 in Federal Traffic Safety Grant Revenue to accept the Federal 157 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Innovative Grant.  Requires Interim Finance approval since the amount of the grant exceeds $100,000.00.

 

*C.  WORK PROGRAM REVISIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NRS 353.220(5)(c)  – REQUIRES ACTION WITHIN 45 DAYS.

1.   Department of Transportation - FY - 03 - Addition of $95,000.00 in Highway Fund authorization to provide additional funding for the Washington Consultant.  Requires Interim Finance approval since the amount added to the Washington Consultant category exceeds $50,000.00.

 

2.   Department of Conservation and Natural Resources - Forest Fire Suppression and Emergency Response - FY 03 - Transfer of $99,300.00 from the Revert to IFC Contingency Fund Payback category to the Prior Year Claims category to provide for additional authority for payment of prior year claims due to a formula error in calculations.  Requires Interim Finance approval since the amount transferred to the Prior Year Claims category exceeds 10% of the legislatively approved level for that category.

 

3.   Department of Conservation and Natural Resources - Forestry - FY 03 - Addition of $112,000.00 in Miscellaneous USFS Grants to provide fuel reduction in Clark County, Washoe County and Carson City on lands adjacent to USFS property.  Requires Interim Finance approval since the amount added to the grant exceeds $100,000.00.
