| Against | Quit doing the dirty work of casinos. I am really fed up with the regressive approach to criminal justice in Nevada, put everyone in prison for as long as you can and any time a casino or another 'favored' business has a compliant, create a new law for them to criminalize the conduct that they want to stop | Mar-18-2013 |

| Against | Simply possessing a "counterfeit chip" or instrument should not be a crime. If someone finds a fake chip in a parking lot and puts it in his pocket as a souvenir is he now a criminal? Defrauding the casino should be illegal, but not mere possession of chips and other "instruments" of dubious nature. | Feb-24-2013 |
| Against | You can’t punish “intent” any more than you can punish any other thought. You can only ascertain and therefore punish overt ACTS. So, simply make illegal the USE of “counterfeit” devices in a casino. After all, were I even to know what the heck this bill is talking about, I might want to use them at home for fun (I don’t think a casino would let me take home their devices). | Feb-08-2013 |
| Against | Casinos are ripping off addicts all day long. Cheating levels the playing field and shows the absurdity of gambling. Why not let the cheaters cheat the other cheaters? Maybe then all parties will learn lessons that actually strengthen communities. Investing rather than gaming. | Feb-06-2013 |
