Against	I am concerned by the broadened definition of 'manipulation' and see it as an attempt by the Chiropractic profession to 'own' manipulation and then assist their anti-competitive efforts in restricting physical therapists.	Feb-19-2013

Against	Against secondary to concerns of the implications of said bill on the profession of physical therapy and the qualification that DPT - doctors of physical therapy have to provide spinal manipulations. As far as I understand This bill may disqualify the physical therapist from providing a critical part of therapy to provide best practice medicine to patients in need of spinal manipulation, a treatment which the physical therapist is well trained and apt to perform.
