| Against | There is no reason for DPS to be using Administrative subpoenas in Interanl Affairs Investigations. No other police agaency in the State of Nevada does this. That is like giving the fox the key to the hen house. If DPS wants to have an adminstrative subpoena issued for an Internal Adminstrative Investigation, they can get this through the court system, where there is judicial review. | Feb-19-2013 |
