Against	What a surprise, ANOTHER bill to add an unnecessary "Fee" and layer of government where it is not needed! Booze is already heavily regulated by the Fed. Gov., this is just a new tax under another name. I am a teatotlar, I've never been a drinker of distilled spirits of any kind. I am also vehemently opposed to the endless growth of government and taxes so must oppose this sham. This bill allows the distilling industry the same benefits the brewing industry has and allows distilleries the opportunity to open up a “micro-distillery” / restaurant operation. Our neighboring states have the same agreement and I feel Nevada is missing out on an opportunity to cash in on this industry. For	This bill is long time in coming. As one whom is working in this field, with Two Bald Guys Brewing and Distilling we can only see the benefits in this. I see increased exports from Nevada, more jobs for returning Veterans and the general public, more taxable product being produced, and Nevada accepting a new industry into the fold. For	As part owner of Seven Troughs Distilling Company I applaud this bill. This would allow our distillery tours to be augmented by tastings of different products. California and Oregon already passed very similar bills and have seen great growth and income from distilleries such as Anchor in S.F. and Rogue in Oregon.
