Persons who will be engaging in activity during the special session that requires registration as a lobbyist pursuant to NRS 218.900 to 218.944, inclusive, must register separately for the special session. The fee for registration will be $15 (there will be no distinction between paid and nonpaid lobbyists). One report of expenditures will be required, and that report will be due 10 days after the adjournment of the special session sine die. Except to the extent that this statement conflicts with the rules for registration and reporting during a regular session, those rules apply during the special session.
