CHAPTER 689 - FUNERAL SERVICES CONTRACTS

689.010              Required score on examination for license as agent.

 

 

 

      NAC 689.010  Required score on examination for license as agent.  An applicant for a license as an agent authorized to sell prepaid contracts for funeral services must attain a score of 75 or more points out of 90 points in order to pass the examination.
