NRS 74.040 Punishment for contempt. A justice may punish for contempt for the same acts or omissions, in the same manner and with the same effects as is provided for judges in chapter 22 of NRS.

NRS 74.050 Entry of conviction in docket. The conviction, specifying particularly the offense and the judgment thereon, must be entered by the justice in his or her docket.
