Every person who acts as a lobbyist before the Nevada Legislature is required to file a registration statement with the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau within two days of beginning lobbyist activities.
Registered lobbyists are required to file various reports of their lobbying activities during regular or special sessions of the Nevada Legislature.
The Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau is required to keep current an alphabetical list of registered lobbyists, including each registered lobbyistâs address, the name and address of each person for whom the registered lobbyist is lobbying and the principal areas of interest on which the registered lobbyist expects to lobby. The Reports menu option provides information on current and past lobbyist lists and expenditure reporting.
