The Senate Committee on Legislative Affairs and Operations was called to order by 
Chairman Mike McGinness, at 10:52 a.m., on Monday, June 12, 1995, on the 
Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no 
Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator McGinness asked for a committee introduction for Bill Draft Request 17-
2063.

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 17-2063:	Limits sources and number of requests which 
may be submitted to legislative counsel for 
preparation of legislative measures.  

SENATOR RAGGIO MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 17-2063.

SENATOR MATHEWS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
