3. Review of activities related to development of an implementation plan for a new 4-year state college Richard Moore, Founding President.


4. Status report concerning the development of a proposed mission statement, degree programs, partnership analysis and campus development plan for a new 4-year state college Representative from the City of Henderson.


*5. Review of resources and approval of budget to be utilized for completion of needs assessment and implementation plan for a new 4-year state college.


*6. Discuss and approve agreement between the Advisory Committee and the University and Community College System related to the hiring of a Founding President and support staff.


*7. Approve recommendation to the Board of Regents concerning the naming of a new 4-year state college.


8. Discussion of Advisory Committee visits to college campuses.


*9. Review Advisory Committee timetable and set next meeting date.
