  Effective on July 1, 2013.

  Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 to 9.3, inclusive, 16.5, 68 and 69 of this act become effective on July 1, 2013. Section 1 of this act becomes effective only upon the adoption, on or after July 1, 2013, and on or before June 30, 2015, of a resolution by the Board of County Commissioners of Storey County and the Board of County Commissioners of Washoe County, respectively, approving the revisions described in the amendatory provisions of section 1 of this act to the boundary line between the respective Counties. Section 1.5 of this act becomes effective only upon the adoption, on or after July 1, 2013, and on or before June 30, 2015, of a resolution by the Board of County Commissioners of Storey County and the Board of County Commissioners of Washoe County, respectively, approving the revisions described in the amendatory provisions of section 1.5 of this act to the boundary line between the respective Counties.

  Sections16.4 and 17 of this act become effective June 12, 2013. Sections 1 to 4, inclusive, 5 to 16.3, inclusive, 16.5 and 16.6 of this act become effective on July 1, 2013. Section 4.5 of this act becomes effective on July 1, 2019. Sections 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 and 16.1 of this act expire by limitation on June 30, 2019.

SB510 Temporarily delays the statutory deadline for notifying certain school district employees of reemployment status. (BDR S-1207)
  Effective April 30, 2013 and expires by limitation on July 1, 2013.

SB516 Revises provisions relating to tobacco. (BDR 32-1224)
  Sections 1 to 16, inclusive, 18 to 30, inclusive, 32 and 35 of this act become effective on July 1, 2013. Sections 17, 31, 33 and 34 of this act become effective on January 1, 2014.

SB518 Establishes for the 2013-2015 biennium the subsidies to be paid to the Public Employees' Benefits Program for insurance for certain active and retired public officers and employees. (BDR S-1235)
  Effective July 1, 2013.

SB521 Authorizes expenditures by agencies of the State Government for the 2013-2015 biennium. (BDR S-1242)
  Sections 1 to 16, inclusive, and 18 to 25, inclusive, and 26 of this act become effective on July 1, 2013. Section 17 of this act becomes effective upon canvass of the votes after the general election held in November 2014 if the voters approve Initiative Petition 1 at that general election.

SB522 Ensures sufficient funding for K-12 public education for the 2013-2015 biennium. (BDR S-1244)
  Sections 1 to 12, inclusive, and 14 to 28, inclusive, and 29 of this act become effective on July 1, 2013. Section 13 of this act becomes effective on July 1, 2014.
