AB35 Makes various changes relating to vessels. (BDR 43-363)
  Effective March 16, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB74 Revises provisions relating to the resale of certain utility services. (BDR 58-348)
  Effective May 11, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB94 Authorizes election officials to establish systems for registered voters to elect to receive sample ballots by electronic means. (BDR 24-518)
  Effective June 9, 2015, for the purposes of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB107 Revises provisions relating to reports of accountability for public schools. (BDR 34-407)
  Effective on July 1, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB135 Revises provisions relating to schedules for the retention and disposal of official state records. (BDR 19-547)
  Effective June 8, 2015, for the purpose of performing any preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB152 Enacts certain requirements governing child care facilities. (BDR 38-623)
  Effective June 1, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB162 Revises provisions governing the use of portable event recording devices by law enforcement. (BDR 23-443)
  Effective January 1, 2016.

AB163 Provides for the creation of rangeland fire protection associations. (BDR 42-43)
  Effective June 4, 2015, for the purposes of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act, and for all other purposes, on the earlier of: (a) January 1, 2016; or (b) the date on which the State Forester Firewarden adopts a temporary regulation, an emergency regulation, or a permanent regulation pursuant to Chapter 233B of NRS and section 3.5 of this act concerning the formation, operation, and training of the members of a rangeland fire protection association.

AB176 Revises various provisions relating to transportation. (BDR 22-649)
  Sections 2 to 46, inclusive, 47 to 53, inclusive, 54, 55, 56, 58, and 59 of this act effective May 29, 2015. Sections 1 and 57 of this act effective January 1, 2016.

AB222 Revises provisions governing the imposition of administrative sanctions against facilities for the dependent. (BDR 40-645)
  Effective May 18, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB305 Authorizes and provides for the regulation of community paramedicine services. (BDR 40-167)
  Effective May 25, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB325 Enacts and revises provisions relating to guardians. (BDR 54-976)
  Sections 2 to 19, inclusive, and 21 to 52.7, inclusive, and 53 of this act effective: (a) June 8, 2015, for the purposes of adopting any regulations and performing any preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and (b) on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Section 19 of this act expires by limitation on the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who: (a) have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a proceeding to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or (b) are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States. Section 20 of this act effective on the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who: (a) have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a proceeding to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or (b) are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States. Sections 20 and 21 of this act expire by limitation 2 years after the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who: (a) have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a proceeding to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or (b) are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States.

AB462 Makes various changes relating to elections. (BDR 24-615)
  Effective June 10, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB480 Revises provisions relating to mortgage lending. (BDR 54-1174)
  Sections 101.3, 101.7, and 103 of this act effective June 9, 2015. Sections 1 to 101, inclusive, and section 102 of this act effective: (a) June 9, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and (b) on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

AB483 Makes various changes relating to the compensation of certain public school employees. (BDR 34-1198)
  Effective January 1, 2016.

SB48 Revises provisions relating to health information exchanges. (BDR 40-323)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for purposes of adopting regulations and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB62 Revises provisions governing the employment, promotion, dismissal, demotion and suspension of state employees. (BDR 23-285)
  Sections 1, 4, 8 and 11 effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 effective on July 1, 2015.

SB121 Revises provisions relating to certain special license plates. (BDR 43-413)
  Effective May 14, 2015, for the purposes of the adoption of regulations and any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and for all other purposes, on January 1, 2016; or the date on which the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles, pursuant to section 3 of this act, notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that sufficient resources are available to enable the Department to carry out the amendatory provisions of this act, whichever occurs later.

SB127 Revises provisions relating to the Department of Motor Vehicles. (BDR 43-601)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of performing any preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and for all other purposes, upon the earlier of January 1, 2016; or the date on which the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles, pursuant to section 3 of this act, notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that sufficient resources are available to enable the Department to carry out the amendatory provisions of this act.

SB137 Enacts provisions governing stand-alone dental benefits and policies of health care. (BDR 57-575)
  Effective June 5, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB154 Revises provisions relating to common-interest communities. (BDR 10-725)
  Effective June 1, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB155 Revises provisions relating to farm vehicles and implements of husbandry. (BDR 32-707)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB159 Revises provisions relating to insurance. (BDR 57-829)
  Effective May 11, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations or performing any preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB170 Provides for a partial abatement of certain taxes for new or expanding data centers and related businesses in this State. (BDR 32-765)
  Effective June 9, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Sections 6.5, 9.3, 9.5 and 9.7 expire by limitation June 30, 2032. Sections 1 to 6 inclusive, 7, 8, 9 and 10 to 12, inclusive, expire by limitation December 31, 2056.

SB188 Revises provisions relating to vehicle collisions. (BDR 43-674)
  Effective June 1, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations or performing any preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB196 Makes various changes concerning health care. (BDR 40-84)
  Sections 1 to 10, inclusive, effective May 13, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Section 11 effective January 1, 2021.

SB209 Revises provisions governing a designation of veteran status on drivers' licenses and other documents issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. (BDR 43-1009)
  Effective May 29, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB217 Revises provisions relating to policies of health insurance. (BDR 57-836)
  Effective May 11, 2015, for the purposes of adopting any regulations and performing any preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB231 Revises provisions relating to workers' compensation. (BDR 53-986)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purposes of adopting any regulations or performing any preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB232 Makes various changes relating to workers' compensation. (BDR 53-987)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purposes of adopting any regulations or performing any preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB253 Enacts provisions governing the sale of guaranteed asset protection waivers. (BDR 57-795)
  Effective June 9, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB254 Revises provisions relating to construction. (BDR 28-791)
  Sections 6 and 8 effective June 9, 2015. Sections 1 to 5, inclusive, and 7 effective January 1, 2016.

SB286 Revises provisions relating to the Nevada Funeral and Cemetery Services Board. (BDR 54-905)
  Effective June 4, 2015, for purposes of adopting regulations and performing any preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Section 50 of this act expires by limitation on the date 2 years after the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a proceeding to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States.

SB288 Revises provisions relating to prescribing controlled substances. (BDR 40-889)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of performing any preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB302 Establishes a program by which a child who receives instruction from a certain entity rather than from a public school may receive a grant of money in an amount equal to a certain percentage of the statewide average basic support per-pupil. (BDR 34-567)
  Effective July 1, 2015, for the purposes of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB305 Authorizes industrial hemp farming in this State under certain circumstances. (BDR 49-656)
  Effective June 4, 2015 for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB307 Revises provisions relating to public officers and candidates for public office. (BDR 17-768)
  Effective June 1, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB327 Revises certain provisions governing air ambulances. (BDR 40-1017)
  Effective January 1, 2016.

SB330 Revises provisions relating to education. (BDR 34-724)
  Sections 6 and 10 effective June 5, 2015. Sections 1 to 5, inclusive, and sections 6.5 to 9.5, inclusive, effective June 5, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB338 Revises provisions relating to safety in or at a public school. (BDR 34-870)
  Section 8 effective June 10, 2015. Section 7.5 effective June 10, 2015, for the purpose of appointing the members of the Safe-to-Tell Program Advisory Committee created pursuant to that section; and July 1, 2015, for all other purposes. Expires by limitation on December 31, 2016. Sections 1 to 7, inclusive, effective June 10, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB354 Authorizes the use of motorized wheelchairs and the movement of other pedestrians in bicycle lanes under certain circumstances. (BDR 43-894)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB370 Revises provisions relating to barbering. (BDR 54-673)
  Effective June 8, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. Sections 1, 2 and 3 to 5.5, inclusive, and 6.2 effective January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Section 2.5 effective July 1, 2017, for all other purposes.

SB373 Makes various changes relating to insurance. (BDR 57-689)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB376 Revises provisions relating to motor carriers. (BDR 58-632)
  Sections 9 to 35, inclusive, 38, 40 and 42 effective June 9, 2015. Sections 36 and 37 effective August 28, 2015. Sections 1 to 8.9, inclusive, 39 and 41 effective January 1, 2016.

SB394 Revises provisions relating to the protection of children. (BDR 38-264)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. Sections 1 to 13, inclusive, 18 and 19 effective January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Sections 14 and 15 effective July 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Sections 16 and 17 effective July 1, 2020, for all other purposes.

SB412 Provides for a credit against taxes imposed on certain employers that make a matching contribution to certain college savings plans. (BDR 32-1033)
  Sections 1 to 4, inclusive, and 11 effective June 8, 2015, for the purposes of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Sections 5, 6, 9 and 10 effective June 8, 2015, for the purposes of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and July 1, 2016, for all other purposes.

SB441 Enacts provisions relating to craft food operations. (BDR 40-988)
  Effective May 27, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Sections 13 and 14 expire by limitation on the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a proceeding to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States.

SB488 Revises provisions relating to veterinary biologic products and commercial feed sold in Nevada. (BDR 50-1164)
  Section 47 effective June 8, 2015. Sections 1 to 14, inclusive, effective June 8, 2015 for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and July 1, 2015, for all other purposes. Sections 14.5 to 46, inclusive, effective June 8, 2015 for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and on January 1, 2016, for all other purposes.   Sections 52, 57 and 58 effective June 10, 2015. Sections 1 to 15, inclusive, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 25 to 28, inclusive, 30, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42 to 51, inclusive, effective June 10, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and January 1, 2016, for all other purposes. Section 56 effective July 1, 2016, if, and only if, Assembly Bill No. 448 of this session is enacted and becomes effective. Sections 16, 20, 24, 29, 31, 33, 37, 41, 53, 54 and 55, inclusive, effective January 1, 2020.
