  The provisions of this act apply to any criminal action that is pending on October 1, 2015, or which is brought on or after that date.

SB191 Revises provisions relating to the return of seized property. (BDR 14-204)
  Effective October 1, 2015.

SB192 Revises provisions relating to sexual conduct between certain persons. (BDR 14-731)
  The amendatory provisions of sections 1 to 4, inclusive, 10 and 11 apply to offenses committed on or after October 1, 2015. Sections 5 to 8, inclusive, 12 and 13 apply to offenses committed before, on or after October 1, 2015.

  The amendatory provisions of this act apply to an offense committed on or after October 1, 2015.

SB251 Ratifies the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. (BDR 54-576)
  Effective October 1, 2015.

  Effective October 1, 2015.

SB264 Exempts spendthrift trusts from the application of the periods of limitation set forth in the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. (BDR 10-780)
  Effective October 1, 2015.

SB266 Revises provisions relating to the tax on live entertainment. (BDR 32-720)
  Effective June 11, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and section 3.1 effective July 1, 2015, for all other purposes. Sections 1 to 3, inclusive, and 3.2 to 6.5, inclusive, effective October 1, 2015, for all other purposes.

SB276 Revises provisions governing medical marijuana establishments. (BDR S-996)
  Sections 1, 5 and 6 effective June 9, 2015. Section 5 expires by limitation December 31, 2015. Sections 2, 3 and 4 effective June 9, 2015, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and October 1, 2015, for all other purposes.

SB293 Revises provisions relating to the disposition of unspent campaign contributions. (BDR 24-596)
  Effective October 1, 2015.

SB306 Revises provisions relating to liens on real property located within a common-interest community. (BDR 10-55)
  Subsections 1 to 6, inclusive, of NRS 116.31162 and NRS 116.31163, as amended by sections 2 and 3 of this act, respectively, apply only to a notice of default and election to sell that is recorded pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 116.31162, as amended by section 2 of this act, on or after October 1, 2015. Subsection 7 of NRS 116.31162 and NRS 107.086, as amended by sections 2 and 8 of this act, respectively, apply if a notice of default and election to sell is recorded pursuant to NRS 107.080, on or after October 1, 2015. NRS 116.311635 and 116.31164, as amended by sections 4 and 5 of this act, respectively, apply only if a notice of sale is recorded pursuant to NRS 116.311635, as amended by section 4 of this act, on or after October 1, 2015. NRS 116.31166, as amended by section 6 of this act, applies only to a sale of a unit pursuant to NRS 116.31162 to 116.31168, inclusive, as amended by sections 2 to 7, inclusive, of this act, respectively, which occurs on or after October 1, 2015.
