What if I can't find an item in the store?
The "Search" feature allows you to locate products in our store using words that might be found in the product names. Please note that only the store pages will be searched and not other parts of the web site such as the main Legislative website.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We transmit the entire credit card number to Authorize.net during order processing by using SSL encryption.
We ask you to provide us with your telephone number or an email address where we can reach you in case there is a problem processing your order. Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide us is confidential. We don't sell or rent our mailing list to anyone and we don't use your phone number or email address to market our own products.
You will only get marketing/product emails from us if you join our mailing list. This is an option you can select (or not) when you create a user account through the "Your Account" option in the store.
Payment for Orders
Payment for all orders must be made before the order can be shipped. You can pay for an order with American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard. Please note: Bank statement will be to "Legislative Counsel Bureau."
How will my order be shipped?
Our products are shipped using FedEx.
FedEx requires a physical address so we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
For our Gift Shop our U.S. shipping rates are based on the total weight and destination of your order. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping for your order and display the information.
Following are the FedEx options we offer.
FedEx Standard Overnight - delivery next business day
FedEx 2nd Day - delivery in two business days
FedEx Ground - 1 - 7 business days, based on the distance to the destination.
The Gift Shop hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Closed all State Holidays.
Orders received after 2:30 pm will be shipped the next business day.
All of our Publications ship free.
If your ordered the wrong item you may ship it back at your cost and we will exchange it.

What do I do if I get an error message?
Occasionally, an error is caused by a brief interruption to the database, which can occur for a number of reasons. Most of the time, if you just go back a couple pages and try again, you should be able to continue without a problem. Otherwise, you will be presented with a form that will allow you to send complete error diagnostic information to us. Be sure to fill in your email address so we can contact you for more information if necessary, or to let you know when the problem is fixed. If for some reason, you are still having problems doing this, you can also email our technical support at: WebAdmin@lcb.state.nv.us. I created a user account and now I need to change my address. Is there a way to do this?
You can make changes to your user account, including unsubscribing from our email list, by clicking "Your Account" on the menu bar. Once you have logged in, you can change your password, unsubscribe, or make other changes to your account.
