Legislative Counsel Bureau - Administrative Division
The Administrative Division provides support to the other divisions of the Legislative Counsel Bureau and to the Legislature. The division is responsible for accounting; communications equipment; video conferencing; control of inventory; data processing; janitorial services; maintenance of buildings, grounds, and vehicles; purchasing; police; shipping and receiving; photocopying; utilities and warehouse operations.
The Director of the division is ex officio Legislative Fiscal Officer and maintains a complete set of accounting records and reports for all legislative operations. The payroll records for all legislators and employees of the legislative branch of government are maintained by the Director.
